why parents love Monday's

Mondays mean routine, getting back to the semi norm if you have children, weekends offer activities, games,competitions, and driving groups here and there.
Mondays are for recouping after a hectic weekend.
Ahhhhhh - sometimes routine is not all that bad.

Friday

wow Friday got here fast, class, work, home, now I have to make a weekend plan! Good thing I get up early.

Wed choking goal

I am in the middle of an instructor CPR class and yesterday we had to set a goal, my goal for today was to make sure I told a lot of people about the value of knowing how to help someone if they are choking. If you google Choking, there is a great pictorial on how to help. Want to learn more, take a short class.

T is for Terrific

Coffee at 5, quiet thoughts, thinking of another early morning when a young child sleepily came to my side as I sat, rubbed his little eyes, snuggled on my shoulder and said, "Mom, I forgot, I need 28 cupcakes for school this morning."

I think we should all be terrific today!

Marvelous Monday

Monday - charge! Get Up Get Going, It is a new work week, a new school week, fall is here and it is chilly outside. It was a beef stew, apple pie weekend, now it is time to focus on the week.

Pick a good goal to accomplish for today and do it. Monday's are for moving forward not sitting around like pumpkins on a fence.

Friday

My children had a teacher way back when that used to have Fun Friday. If the students worked hard all week and got all their assignments done, they had special events and play time Friday afternoon. They loved the concept and so do I, everyone should have a fun Friday!
Work Hard all week, work the weekend if you want but don't forget to have a Fun Friday some times!

What really happens on Thursday

I like Thursday's.
It's the day that keeps the week's momentum moving; the biggest meetings are usually on Thursday, more snacks are brought to schools on Thursday and weekend plans are usually nailed down by today.
Definately a good goal day, set a big one and go for it!

Tooth Fairy and Wednesday

Get up get smiling! My friend in NY has a little one that was waiting for the tooth fairy last night, now that is anticipation! What a great way to start the day, either being the tooth fairy or finding the booty under the pillow.
